An Art Deco inspired multi-apartment redevelopment.

Located in Birmingham’s oldest surviving Georgian Square, the Grade II listed building was renovated into sixteen premium apartments with our Waldorf Door Handle chosen to adorn the apartment doors.

The sensitive restoration of this historic Georgian property in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham’s most desirable neighbourhood, features distinctive interiors inspired by the building’s Art Deco exterior. 

The Waldorf Door handle in Antique Brass and Matt Bronze finish reflects the geometric forms, bold lines and rich materials characteristic of Art Deco design. These solid brass handles serve as both functional high-quality hardware and a striking decorative element within each apartment. 

The front door holds the first and last impression of the apartment and these distinctive handles serve as a focal point, drawing attention to the blend of modern luxury and historical charm at the heart of the building.
