Heritage Brass UAE supplies solid brass door and cabinet hardware & premium brass switches and sockets.

We have more than 20 unique finishes, including satin brass, polished brass, antique brass, matt bronze, antique brass, satin nickel and matt black.

We provide a 2 year finish warranty and 5 year and 10 year mechanical warranty on specific ranges.

To help maintain the lacquered finish, we recommend the following: -

1. Keep it clean by removing dust or liquids from the surface with a soft non-abrasive cloth.
2. Do not use metal cleaners or aerosol sprays as these will damage the lacquer coating.
3. Avoid impact with rings, keys and other metallic objects which may damage the lacquer.

The lead time is 2-3 weeks for our cabinet and door products and 3-4 weeks for our switches and sockets.

Our products are manufactured by M. Marcus Limited (UK) and come from our factory in Dudley UK.

Heritage Brass UAE is a supplier of M Marcus UK, established since 1940 in England.

Heritage Brass UAE opened in Dubai in 2013. We have a showroom with a large sample display in Metropolis Tower, Business Bay Dubai.

We have worked on multiple prestigious projects including VIP villas and mansions, we have supplied our door handles to Mr C Residences Jumeirah and Dubai Mall Bathrooms. We have supplied our switches and sockets to Versace Palazzo Hotel, Al Jadaf and Ritz Carlton Ras Al Khaimah.

Yes we deliver across all the Emirates in the UAE and also to the other GCC countries, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwai, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

The exchange or return of goods is in the sole discretion of the company, only goods in the original packaging, unopened and not damaged will be accepted. An exchange or return will only be accepted within 3 months of delivery.

In the event of exchange/return of goods, a handling fee of minimum 30% of the returned goods value will be applied.

We do not provide installation services. We recommend our products can be installed by a qualified electrician or carpenter.

Yes you can request samples, however we do require a refundable deposit for samples.

We do not recommend our brass switches and sockets or brass hardware to be used externally.

We have a Solid Bronze collection of hardware which is suitable for external use.
